Servicing and compliance
Every state regulates cooling towers under public health law, and the requirements differ between states: registration, risk management plans, routine testing and audits. Australian Standard AS/NZS 3666 covers microbial control of these systems. A specialist works to the rules in your state.

How quickly will someone contact me?
We aim to pass your enquiry to a specialist within one business day, and sooner when equipment is down. The specialist contacts you by phone or email to arrange a visit or quote.
What does Chiller Connect cost?
Nothing. The specialist quotes you directly and you decide whether to go ahead. If you do, the contractor pays us a referral fee. It is never added to your quote as a separate line.
Do you handle water treatment only?
Yes. Choose "Water treatment or compliance" on the form and we will match you with a water treatment specialist.
