What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, company or building, email address, phone number, location, and the information about your equipment and job. We do not ask for payment details.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. We do not use advertising cookies unless you accept them.

Google Ads cookies

We advertise on Google. Google Ads cookies record that you came from an ad and whether you then sent an enquiry. This tells us which ads work. When you send an enquiry, your email address and phone number are hashed (scrambled one way) in your browser and sent to Google so it can match the enquiry to an ad click. Google cannot read them and we do not send any other enquiry details.

You can turn these cookies off at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Once off, they are not set and Google only receives limited, cookieless signals. Google's use of this data is covered by its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

How we use it

We use your enquiry to match you with a specialist contractor and to pass your details to them so they can contact you about that job. We may contact you to check the enquiry was handled.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry with the specialist contractor we match you with. If they cannot help, we may pass it to another specialist for the same job. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Our email and hosting providers (Google Workspace, Resend and Vercel) process enquiries on our behalf and may store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to manage the referral, including tracking whether the job went ahead and any referral fee that becomes due.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the details we hold about you, or to have them deleted where we are not required to keep them, by emailing enquiries@chillerconnect.com.au.
