What Chiller Connect does
Chiller Connect is a referral service. We pass your enquiry to an independent contractor who may be able to help. We do not carry out, supervise or guarantee any work.
Your agreement is with the contractor
Any quote, contract, warranty and payment is between you and the contractor. Check their licences, insurances and terms before you accept a quote. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Referral fees
Contractors pay us a referral fee for work they win through us. Using Chiller Connect costs you nothing.
No guarantee of a match
We aim to match every enquiry, but we cannot guarantee a specialist will be available for every job, location or timeframe.
